Let's put this in a way that maybe you might be able to comprehend.

Lets say you've got a kid in school.
The people running that school are teaching in history class that Noahs Ark actually happened.
You, knowing the truth that Noahs Ark didn't happen and that it's a stupid story that 
dumbs down people, decide to call it what it is .. a stupid story that dumbs down people.
You try to get that story taken out of the teaching at the school.

Are you in 'judgement of others' for doing so?    
Answer .. NO.

You are just telling the truth and trying to do something about it.
Because if you didn't tell the truth and do something about it, those children being
taught that crap would be harmed, and the people teaching that crap would remain 
stupid.

It's the same thing with the trans-delusion and putting tampons in mens rooms.
Men are not women.   They can live as women.   They can cut off their junk, 
wear a dress, and call themselves Nancy ... but they are still a man.
What they have is gender dysphoria .... an illness that shouldn't be enabled 
but that science should try to cure.   It's highly dysfunctional.    And it's 
irrational to call men, women, when they clearly are not.

Why are we spending state wide tax payer money on minority utility issues instead of the majorities of the state when the issue is only their own emotions and the resources are even already available elsewhere? One could say emotions are a state of mind, when is it a states responsibility to emotionally please the mentally unwell?

The harm is its wasteful and positively reinforces unhealthy states of mind. Thats just facts right?

What is it that makes you so concerned about an issue that doesn't personally affect you?

Why do the false beliefs of others trouble you?

The right seems to have an unusual fascination with a subject they label as absurd.

Just to clarify, who actually cares?

Do you know how many trans individuals I meet every day? None.

Do you realize how many trans people have confronted me, arguing that I have no option but to call them women or men? None.

Do you comprehend how it affects me personally to label a man who identifies as a woman as a woman? I couldn't care less; I will refer to them however they wish because I truly don't mind what they choose to call themselves. There are much more significant concerns to address.

I would be more worried about the cost.
