As for law enforcement?  Depends.  If they show up at my door for a chat about something I posted, I can guarantee that a democrat is in the White House.

Again, I am all for posting hate speech.

You can post 24/7 about how OMB and you can show on the doll where he touched you.

You can't support, plan, arrange, coordinate, encourage the killing of ANYONE.

I've saaid constantly, that owning  a drivers license does not give you the right to run someone over.

Neither does the 1st Amendment give you the right to plan or encourage the assassination of a president.

There is a responsibility to have Rights.  (capitalized on purpose) It's the reason we don't let 12-year-olds vote.

To be honest, I don't know.  I'm not smart enough to answer that.

Is it setting precedent or did Comey violate the law?

For Comey to "come upon this" would be like me posting a picture (if I knew how) of a rock painted with "Everyone is an evil communist left that disagrees with me"
