You're totally missing the exit and dissolution of the old Dark Ages strategies. 
Enter the new wave of targeted strategy. 
He's got the ENTIRE Democrat Parti (what's left of it), The whole MSM, and the left over population all in a state of total confusion all while moving Policies FORWARD and RESULTS better than ever. 
He's got them corralled in a fenceless minefield.

In a city, if you get twenty people off the streets that are regularly doing crimes, and take even five illegal guns of the streets they use, it stops them from doing crimes against a hundred citizens in a year.  One criminal can screw up many people's lives directly, and indirectly by making them feel threatened.  Maybe the people in DC can see that their city being cleaned up will make living there better and find that Trump's actions are justifiable even if they are Democrats.

Crime is getting worse around here because they are not properly procecuting the criminals, which leads other young people to feel they can get away with it too....we have to get this under control.  They get arrested on friday and get released on personal recognicance bond on monday, unless the parents of the kids have money, those kids will sit in jail till their parents bail them out.  Now that is a problem....those who have nothing to lose are doing more chaos.

I do not know if it is that way where you guys live, but it is getting that way here.  Plus, now that so many more people are convinced they can get away with things and don't have to pay anything, the police cannot build big enough jails.
