So with all that, are the farmers reporting it to cops? What are the cops doing to catch these circle makers?

And before Brexit, the EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) gave UK Farmers subsidies to the tune of roughly £2.4 billion per year, which I believe the UK Gov. is now trying to match.
