Robert Redfield has been part of the health agencies for eons so it's interesting that he is now claiming he believed Covid was from a lab.

This is very odd. "Apparently the Covid-19 virus cannot infect bats. Somehow, if it did come from bats it must have changed so significantly in the transmission process that it lost the ability to bind to bat cells." Which means they've been tinkering.

You could even order the child it came from five miles from my house.  You can still Google "Adrenochrome for sale".  I just did it and found at least 10 pages. It could be also be synthetic buy I'm sure they are still up to no good.

Of course you can buy it online.

In the real world, adrenochrome is a derivative of adrenalin (like you get in an EpiPen®). It is easy to manufacture chemically by oxidisiing adrenaline with simple reagents such as silver oxide (the tarnish you get on silverware).

It is cheap and fairly easy to manufacture chemically.

No extraction from living humans is required (or even particularly possible).
