I can see why this Covid Vaccine Effectiveness paper was not released to the public.
The Morbidity + Mortality weekly report which just happened to start in 2019  has no peer review.
 With no peer review, this voice of the CDC, has been able to get published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

The effectivenss and keeping people out of the hospital is really not that great- 53%- 55%.

Since Day 1 rare side effects were in the warnings and it was then the responsibility of people and peoples' doctors to then make the decisions whether any vaccination would impact them. Doctors' certificates of non-compliance for medical reasons for work-related mandated vaccinations were available to submit to one's workplace, if required.

If world governments decide to compensate people within a disability-type of government assistance, then that government is to be commended as being compassionate in assisting vaccine damaged people, but the science still states that the Covid-19 vaccine side effects are still rare.
