Did they announce any thing?

I know you like precise language. This is all I know:

1.The pictures are circulating widely. Thus "reveal" - I based my thread title off the Twitter one.

2. It does not look like it’s "announced" as:

There has also been no official comment from the Chinese Ministry of Defense or state media so far.

But these photos are being "leaked"/distributed. Along with photos of a second tailless craft that is in the link I just posted.
