You listed some really good ones. 

It’s funny that you listed Satellite Candies. The World Market is 40 min away from me in Ann Arbor. I was there a few weeks ago they had the most amazing missed Coffee bar. 

I did see Satellite Candy!

I lived in Japan for three years and tried their 'bean candy' cakes a few times.
Did NOT like 'em.   Not for me.
