Perfect timing. I have just received and am currently reading the book "The Deep State Goes Viral- Pandemic Planning and the Covid Coup" by Debbie Lerman. This book was highly recommended by the president of the Brownstone Institute.

She delves into the serious question as to how did Deborah Birx get her job as U.S. Covid Task Coordinator.
I was under the impression that Pence had hired her or she was pushed forward for the job by HHS or some related field.
She was appointed by Matt Pottinger, National Security Advisor.

This is where things get weird. Birx had previously worked with his wife, Yen Pottinger.

Q- How did you communicate with Matt?
A: In my back-channel communication  with Matt, I pulled the publicly available data I'd been compiling and analyzing, connecting the dots to create a concerning picture, and sent it to Yen to forward to him.

Q- Why were communicating with a Deputy National Security Advisor through his wife?
A: For privacy and security reasons, I wasn't ready to use official White House email.

A: I had access to more unreported, real- time global data. Through her work, Irum Zaidi, my PEPFAR chief epidemiologist and data personnel knew another data person who had access to figures about the novel coronavirus from around the world and specifically China.  

So Matt Pottinger didn't have this data and she did from some anonymous source?

Why did she go through Yen and not report directly

This gets weirder if that is possible.

Q: In your book you describe that offer, on January 28th, as being arranged through Yen, Matt's wife. Correct?
A: On January 28th I received a text from Yen Pottinger ...which stated that Matt had a proposition for her.
Which was for the task force.

Page 45  It was Yen's idea to offer Birx the position.

February 27 she was offered the position- "She had no training or experience in epidimiology, novel pathogen pandemic response, or airborne respiratory viruses like Covid."

Matt Pottinger was Deputy National Security Advisor for China.

In November 2019 [while the virus was circulating in wuhan] Matt offered her a different position- a public health security advisor job.

The author "believes that she was installed in that position in order to impose untested, unscientific, totalitarian pandemic mitigation measures chosen by the biosecurity community."

Lerman has obtained this information from Birx book "Silent Invasion" and from senate sub committee testimony.

"Where did the journalist-turned-intelligence agent, get his very strong opinion on the utility of masking to mitigate respiratory viral pandemics in general and the Covid pandemic in particular?"

According to an article in The New Yorker he spoke on the phone with a Dr in China- "The Dr emphasized that masks were extremely effective with Covid, more so than with influenza." ..."masks are going to win the day."

So here we have an unnamed Dr from China dictating the response to the plandemic.

"All of the devastating Chinese- style lockdown measures were imposed on the U.S. and the rest of the world by government officials with no pandemic experience but lots of military and national security connections, more specifically biosecurity involvement."

Birx was not appointed by President Trump, nor did the leaders of the task force select her.

She was a former military AIDS researcher- yet here she was "in the position to subvert the policy  prescriptions of the President of the United States."

Page 153- 154 from Birx book "she laments that "from here on out, everything I worked towards would be harder - in some cases impossible, and goes on to say she would have to work behind the scenes against the President."

Here is where Pence comes in- February 26/20 he replaced Alex Azar with Birx- all coordinated by Pottinger.
As Birx writes "it was her job to reinforce their warnings..."

Scott Atlas is key to unraveling her role. He was an outsider on the task force. I am getting his book "A Plague
Upon Our House."

Hopefully his book will be an easier read, Lerman writes that Birx book is mind numbingly boaring- similar to Scott Gottlieb's book "Uncontrolled Spread."

Nice databases... but if you looked just a few pages deeper, you would see that the bulk of the reports are "pain on injection site and fever."

So, for this data subset with 12,336 cases, you can see that (4,369) 1/3rd of them are "general disorders and administration site conditions" which is fever and pain from the shots.  555 are "surgical and medical procedures" and 32 were "social conditions." 

Note that the site explains 

• The information on this website relates to suspected side effects, in other words, effects that have been observed following administration of, or treatment with, a medicine. However, these suspected side effects may not be related to or caused by the medicine.

So... let's look at the rates from Covid.  source

The European Commission has secured up to 4.2 billion doses of COVID-19 vaccines. As of August 2023, a total of 84.8% of the EU adult population has been vaccinated at least once against the virus. 

As of January 13, 2023, there have been 2,169,191 deaths in Europe overall due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) source


That's a verifiable number.  

So, out of 4,200,000 vaccines given, there were 12,336 adverse reactions that ranged from (fever and pain 4,369) to more severe.  Out of 270,744,353 Source cases of Covid, there were 2,169,191 deaths and among the survivors, 13% (35,196,765)would have long Covid. source -- which leads to a "death and harm" index (like the vaccine outcomes data) number of 37,365,956

So the number of harmful outcomes divided by vaccines (12336/420,000) is 0.02937 and the number of Bad Covid Outcomes divided by Covid cases is 0.138011... about six times as high. 

If you look at deaths only, the EU reported 11,448 deaths total from the vaccine vs  2,169,191 deaths from covid.  Source

In other words, (if I have done the math right) you are 189.48 times more likely to die from Covid.
