Luckily, there is no way to enforce it. Cops could make the arrests, but I don't see how a magistrate could charge someone with no law to back it.
Executive orders can give directive to the federal government, but not create law.
It was clearly aimed to put this in front of the Supreme Court again. I think the scarier thing is if SCOTUS capitulates to Presidential directive on something that is obviously aimed at challenging something deemed constitutional.
Lately, we've been seeing a lot of political tit for tat, I don't want to see the next arena be who can loophole the constitution. It was intended for it to be extremely hard to change the constitution on purpose.
