You know? This whole mess is, in my opinion, all about distraction and entertainment. The problem doesn't lie whether the man killed himself or not. Whether there's a list or not. Or, whether 'Justice' is served cold or hot, or as 'covid infected bat soup'.

The single important piece in this, or the only relevant information needed to get attention was the 'missing minute'. It's all it took for the story to grow legs and starts eating people attention. Nevermind if that minute recorded something or not. Just its existence is enough.

Then, you release a small hint that there's some incriminating evidences (no need to point at anyone) and then the useful idiots will do their jobs at promoting the 'veracity' of the initial conspiracy insinuation touted by the 'missing minute', by doing either a public mea culpa or defense against the threat of being amongst the so-called evidences (that might or might not exist, doesn't matter).

Finally, we come where we stand now, whereas there's a new shift to keep people bickering about it. That's right, there was never a list to begin with, or so the very people that started talking about it now claim. And that's the whole point, it's all about adding more confusion to maintain the diversion, and the discussion going.
