Yeah I figured as much didn't see any mention of CONSTELLATION in this context anywhere either but got side tracked with work and hurricane stuff.

Still, 2 things, First it's corroborative evidence and what is published needs to go into the public record and be answered by the Pentagon, secondly nobody hardly posts anything we need thread topics and multiple responses.
