My first impression from the headline was that it was possibly a suicide job.  Looking at the photos, I'm not so sure.

Will watch the story for developments.

Yeah, there's a pic of a body fragment online, it blew out the glass of a liquor store. Could have been medical supply related

Given that the medical building was a reproductive clinic. I thought that this could have been a suicide hit too, but afterwards I wonder if it was just a hit job on a person going there or one of the workers.

Odds The White House condemns it? Gives it attention/outrage on par with the MS 13 terrorists?

Does The Fox New/Heritage Foundation Adminstration have it in them to condemn a terrorist act against an IVF clinic and those who likely perpetrated it?"

They better. And say those that did it are "the worst of the worst type of Americans. Absolute scum." Something Trump-esque and reassuring. Make an example of it so future zealots don't think they're helping the project 2025 cause.

I want the New FBI to put this top on their list, and I hope there is a focus on the religious batahit zealotry that ALWAYS goes into bombing any type of women's clinic by the media.

Palm Springs Police: Explosion was 'intentional act of violence'The explosion in Palm Springs was an “intentional act of violence,” Palm Springs Police spokesperson Mike Villegas told media Saturday afternoon.

But Gavin Newsom has been briefed. With his leadership and crack DEI police force, CBI, and the 6th largest GDP in the world, surely he won't need federal assistance already?

learned from Palm Springs Reddit, some consider IVF abortion from the unused embryos ...FFS

Quote:
Dr. Maher Abdallah, who runs the clinic, posted a message on social media saying the facility's office space was damaged, but the lab was untouched. He confirmed that no employees of the clinic were injured.
Abdallah said "a vehicle exploded in the parking lot near our building."

Apparently it was a normal day off, so no one was there.  It's also a fertility treatment clinic... none of the eggs were damaged according to a report I read.

Looking like Zealot Martyrdom.

Quote:Akil Davis, assistant director in charge of the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office, told reporters that investigators believe the clinic was targeted.

The person who was killed was near the vehicle that exploded, Davis said. However, he said authorities are still working to confirm the identity of the person who died and declined to say whether the person who died is the suspect in the blast.

"We're not prepared to comment on that at this moment," David said. "We're not prepared to provide any additional comments on the relationship between the decedent and our person of interest."

Perhaps some super pro-life whack-job that can't differentiate IVF from abortion?

I got my wish for universal condemnation too.
Quote:Attorney General Pam Bondi released a statement on X stating that she had been briefed on the situation.

"Federal agents are on the ground now responding alongside local law enforcement. We are working to learn more," she said, adding, "Violence against a fertility clinic is unforgivable."

and...
Quote:Investigators raided a property in Twentynine Palms Saturday afternoon that was believed to be related to the suspect, sources with knowledge of the investigation said.

Property or compound way out in the middle of nowhere with a lot of shit rusting in the sun? That's probably my projection, but I see someone with a perimeter, security, and a lot of flags. I sense reclusive, religious, patriotic, and paranoid.
