The quota is real but the government sets unrealistic quotas all the time for all kinds of shit there's not enough manpower to ever reach an actual quota but its important to set high goals like that

A quota is a goal you reach to maintain your employment.  Any evidence agents being fired or not fully paid like line workers that can’t meet the quote of producing 300 units a shift, or mine workers being fired or not fully paid because they can’t meet the quote of 100 tons a shift.  Maybe quota in my world has a different meaning.  Where in my world you are describing goals.  

Don’t meet quote you get punished.  Reach or exceed goals, you get a bonus.  Very different concepts.

I understand what a quota is ive had them in that field and I am talking from first hand experience we can't reach them. I just said no one has the manpower for it. By the way getting yelled at is the extent of our punishment. Punish away.

Where I asked are agents being fired or financial punished for not meeting these supposed quotas.  Wouldn’t the ICE agents have a union and an official contract outlining the use of quotas for field agents?

Also wanted to point out that unions are there to protect agents from an overzealous goverment or superior.

This is a result of the quota change by the administration to change tactics to also target groups such a labor camps etc as they are also part of the job and more plentiful. Easy arrests to fill the quota but still if you think about it lets take Anne's point of 3,000 a day its still 27% of 3000 every day of criminal immigrants *even though technically they are all 100% criminal just for being here illegally 27% of 3,000 every day is a significant amount of criminals arrested

Detainees with no criminal conviction 73%
Detainees with any criminal conviction 27%
Detainees with violent criminal conviction 5%
Detainees with property crime conviction 3%

 

The illegal aliens with no (derp) "criminal" records would be smaller if the sanctuary states would cooperate with ICE and turn them over at the jail.

Instead, the sanctuary states release them, then when ICE gets the criminal, they don't ignore all the other illegals who haven't killed anyone, they take them all.

So it's the evil communist leftists own damned fault!
