Except for …

It shows no such thing.
His hands are not visible during his struggle session in any of the videos.

Also, you left out the part that he assaulted another protestor, a cop, and violently resisted his felony arrest.
He purposely went there as an activist, armed with a pistol, two magazines and no ID.
All those things you missed are pertinent facts.

So, to fill it in a little better, i went back and edited it to say this in between the first two bullet points.

Aggressive military gestapo type gangs with limited training -- hunting down - men - women and children.

You see 10 or more in full gear -- dragging one woman out of a car.

There are better ways.

Too bad the state of Minnesota shields them with no real justice for victims of illegal aliens that commit violent crimes.  See my last post.   This is the fault of sanctuary cities for not following actual immigration law and not cooperating with federal authorities that are enforcing the law.

There seem to be so many conflicting stories on this.  But according to some people who were videoing this, there was a gunshot, then some agent pulled his gun out and shot the person, then aparently more shots were fired at the person. 

Not sure what happened, but I am assuming the guy took out his gun after he got his face sprayed and pulled the trigger but it doesn't seem like he hit anyone.

I will wait to see what truth comes out in the future before making any judgement.  According to one article the guy did possess a legal firearm and two clips, but whether he pulled the gun or if it was just his phone that he had in his hand is confusing.  Maybe he did pull the gun after getting pepper sprayed, but I doubt  if the truth will be accepted by those who are on both sides if evidence comes out.

I'll wait and see what is released in the future, some ICE agent must have been wearing a body cam.  The videos that are being said showing he had a phone seem to not be showing what happened right before the shooting in explanations of this, so I do not imediately trust either side of this explanation till real evidence comes out that shows what happened in the last few minutes.  I am sure that some supporters of the fight against ICE erased thee footage that showed he had a gun if he actually had one.

I don't know why people are going out and protesting because it is making things worse overall.  I sure would not want to be an ice agent, but I agree we do need to get some of the bad illegals off the street.  They let in some bad immigrants over the years, the protestors should not be protecting the bad ones getting deported, getting all the ice agents pissed at all the imigrants because of this protesting is not good, let them just do their job and don't interfere with them or they will arrest everyone who is illegal and deport them.

They should have made the cost of getting immigration cheaper yet been strict on applicants all along and we would not have this issue.  There are a lot of decent law abiding immigrants in this country, those are not the problem, it is the bad ones we need to deport...people are making this whole thing worse with all the protests...

it takes aggression and physicality to pursue and apprehend criminals.

someone said; most of us sleep peacefully at night because strong men capable of violence are protecting us.

these 'military type gangs' are preventing us from turning into Haiti.

and the 'Gestapo' reference is hateful.   ICE is the good guys.   people like ICE are the reason we DON'T have Gestapo in the USA.

Is the below post false?

I don't have an x account so can't watch what is happening on the video.  I actually think I do have one, but I can't remember what the login is or the password, when I tried doing X a while back it just said someone else had my username...which was my real name.  And evidently I had no e-mail listed or I had a wrong email listed somehow, so it would not do a reset for me.  That was when I tried to access it maybe two years ago and I think my original account was from maybe five years ago and that did not work the first time either..never got on.  I signed up before it was X originally, maybe that is what is messing things up.

I just got frustrated and gave up trying to log in anymore.  I can live without it.
