3rd shooting in Minnesota.

They were trying to arrest an illegal alien convicted of beating his wife.

OK, so these 3 people were 'allegedly' trying to obstruct them, ICE, yes? 
The reason I ask is because the guy who got shouted at by the Ice agent appears to say something back to him, which then triggers the Ice agent to pull out his pepper spray...... and the man who gets shot appears to be on top of one of the women trying to protect her from the pepper spray perhaps?
Or is the man that got shot the illegal alien?

it looks like an agent pushed her to the ground. He went over and seems to get in between the two and gets pepper sprayed too. Almost looks like he’s trying to help at first, and then either falls, or is in a ruffle with her.

Body cam video and audio, I need to hear what everybody is saying, and we need all angles together, then eye witness testimonies

I think the best theory I've found so far is that the agent who took the gun off of him said something to the sorts of "I've got his gun", but another agent may have heard that as "he's got a gun".

If you watch the video I posted at the top of the page, the agent in grey takes his gun and walks away to put it down. In the video, another agent begins to draw immediately after the agent in grey turns to walk away.
