Sure, the cops could have shot because of a reasonable expectation of danger, even if he were disarmed of one gun. No news yet on whether he had a backup and he was fighting.

He wasn't compliant, based on the videos

I would just like to point out that all this "protesting" is clearly thinly-disguised organized disruption of law enforcement, with the agenda of undermining the rule of law. Literature of these organizations show a deliberate tactic of escalating violence to advance their illegal agenda. As such, all these "protesters" should be rounded up on basis of reasonable suspicion, their communications and financials analyzed, the organizations and networks supporting them identified, and, where appropriate, charges brought on the basis of the current state of emergency declared with regard to violent domestic anti-American extremism.

We don’t know if he grabbed or attempted to grab one of the cops weapons while he was fighting them, but that’s a common thing.
Michael “hands up don’t shoot” “gentle giant” “he was gonna be a doctor” Brown did that before he FO.

If the guy wasn't calm, and started being belligerent, I'd say it was after that. But you can see his hands up before they take him to the ground.
He had multiple agents on him and they disarmed him. I don't even think anyone has even said if he even drew or pointed it at anyone. I think that would be an odd thing for a career ICU nurse to do, go out and draw on feds after multiple of them have him down after he had his hands up.
Just remember. There is going to be a time when other people are in power. I don't think us normalizing feds roughing up and shooting American citizens is a good thing. It will backfire. This isn't new, nor is it the first time it will happen. If there is one party who claims to be the "constitutional" one, and against big federal government and pro 2a... What does that mean about politics going forward if they now give benefit of the doubt to the federal government over citizens?

I don't care how much you love criminal illegals, if you want to live, you just cannot put yourself in that position.
Filming in the faces of the cops, not complying with their orders, resisting when they are attempting to take you into custody, all the while these other fucking clowns are blowing whistles and screaming threats at the cops.
And carrying a gun is the cherry on top.
It's just a bad recipe for the worst to happen.
I cannot overstate it......DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN THAT SITUATION IF YOU WANT TO GO HOME SAFE.
People not following the laws of this country is how we fucking got to this point.

Good news Im hearing my state's Republicans are getting pressured to be more proactive on our enforcement.
They have already made arrests without incident. One ragtag strip shopping center had 24 unit addresses receiving healthcare funds for those who sign up on location, $1700 PER SIGNEE, and have been doing so for years

Pepper spray is deescalating.
It usually immobilizes people into compliance.
Not this guy.
He continues to assault the lady and the cops.
Was he on drugs?
It’s not like he didn’t have access to them, being a nurse and all.
We will see when the toxicology test is released.

I'd like to know what led up to the start of this incident where the ICE agent(?) is yelling at those three people for some reason and they are yelling something back and then more agents begin to appear.
Something must have been said to the agents that prompted them to 'up the ante' as we say over here.

That's part of the problem, ICE is sending untrained hooligans to harass brown people in states that didn't vote for him.
Remind me again where all the illegals were during Biden's term? Or is Trump trying to roundup all the illegals that were bused out of the south?
