[17] 0[8] confirmed cases, 580 deaths, [28]0 survivors. 32 bed facility.

  Billy dedicated his plandemic manual to [P]aul [F]armer= 22 the first page of chapter 1.

I happen to have his book here- "Fevers, Feuds, And Diamonds." 

6 letters + 5 letters= 11

This book is primarily about the 2014-2016 Ebola outbreak in West Africa that claimed 11.3 lives.

Chapter 1 is titled "The Twenty-Fifth Epidemic?"
