Yep, Chinese Bio-labs are like the modern-day crack house. They seem to be in everyone's neighborhood now days. 

I few days ago near where I live, a housing development had a fire and one of the houses was burnt down just a day before a raid was expected to happen on a suspected bio-lab. Now the people in the area have come down with "covid" as the local clinic has stated. 

I will add that in this same housing development ICE busted a Chinese Birthing House, and also it should be noted that more than a few houses voted last election even though those same houses are not completed. 

There is a reason why blue states are having a massive housing crisis and need hundreds of new homes built in each voting district.

You could be right, however I think what gets loose will be intentional and highly developed.  I've always wondered how the elite will calculate having just enough of the great unwashed to serve them.   AND, why do they think the survivors of us would choose to be cooperative?   ETA:   I know a bunch of bush folk that would be decidedly unfriendly to screw with.

i think they had them on hand and only decided to use them if they thought they needed to

as ballots are specific to location

although also the dems do win organically in some places like california where there is koolaid in water supply
