I doubt he did it in good faith, or with the intention of finding the “truth”. My guess is it was politically motivated.

That said, keep in mind all these people are the nations employees. My company can pull my records at any time without informing. That’s why they’re supposed to be required to use issued phones, emails, and other forms of communication. For transparency and FOIA requests.

Our rights to privacy while we’re under employment are far different as normal citizens.

That said, as citizens both parties have voted to infringe on our rights to privacy, so I won’t cry for them until they fix the problem for everyone, not just themselves. Democrats and Republicans can reap what they sow until they deliver legislation that gives us protections back too.

Jack Smith will never see a day in jail for what he did.

But then again, as we've seen, too many are above the law.  And they are mostly democrats.  And when you have democrat judges, democrat jurors, they will never see justice.
