Long ago a woman told me a story about how they were attacked by a big Dogman like creature. It was somewhere in WA state. They managed to escape in their vehicle. The creature did quite a bit of damage to the vehicle trying to get to them. I thought she might be crazy but her boyfriend (someone I knew since kindergarten) says she doesn't lie and he believed her. 

Earlier my fathers friend told me about the same thing about a creature that had attacked and killed a family. He also told me far out stories (that turned out true) ,about his sons stories who worked on submarines that traveled through under ground passages linking a lake and the ocean. 
They were camping in a camper park. I didn't ask where. A long time later I did a little research and found out where the story came from. It was in the Land Between the Lakes area back in eastern America. 



 These are are some witness account with law enforcement credibility about a dangerous creature. It basically has a dog head with a partially man like arms that often stands up like a man.  Looks like a Werewolf like creature.  This is all I can find for the moment. I will ad more later.

Wow! Awesome thread OP. So much I wanna address but the videos are absolutely incredible. Especially the first interview. Only drawback for me was not hearing more about the “mindspeak” aspect or maybe I missed it while the sheriff talked. 

So right off the bat, his story reminded me of another YT channel I’ll watch called What Lurks Beneath. And the interviewer had this guy on that had a story of him and his 3 friends from back in the 80s or 90s, and so many things lined up with regard to their telling of their tales about how terrifying the encounter with the Dogman was, from the infrasound growl, to the religious aspect, to the sheer terror and even supernatural aspects too.

Somewhat recently someone posted a YT about a guy remembering his BF encounter as a child and he draws out panels of his story and goes into detail about the terror of the young BF’s infrasound ability. Also a striking detail. And food for thought.

What I’m fascinated by and has never occurred to
me is the fact the sheriff seems to imply that Bigfoot is not an adversary, but rather a hunter using Dogmen. I mean Fookin Hell! Can you imagine? Here the conceals seemed to be that they are apex predators with no association, and maybe that holds true. But the analysis done during the interview about “looking at a relationship from the outside” certainly gives one pause.

Recently I came across a description of two species of BF. One that is kept by greys here after it was used in manual labor and is now the stuff of nightmares for sure, and the other kind is less aggressive and will use mindspeak to engage humans on occasion. That was intriguing to come across and infer as well.

ETA: a couple other stories of this cryptid and LE.

A guy in Texas, kinda down on his luck was going to try to walk a couple miles (near Big Thicket?) one morning didn’t report to work. Was found slain, torn to shreds and dragged under some brush. The investigation sent of his clothing and some fur as evidence. Fur came back negative for any known creature, then was “lost” and the pants were bleached and disappeared as well. 

Another story from a soldier in SE Asia, maybe Vietnam or post-war, recounts this creature dispatched to a drug enclave that he and his team were sent to recon, and absolutely massacred the folks that were guarding/manufacturing the drugs.

Another recounts back east, an intelligence “station” that was spies to have these things as again, “assets” during a civilian night-hike spotted in a field.

Another story including BF and the government includes them breaking into the trunks of cars on a “body farm” and scavenging the remains.

And Mt. St Helens deserves its own thread about the BF there and what was recounted after it blew. But maybe I’m just gonna write a story about that one…..

Just curious. I know Native Americans have stories of BF and count them in their animal lore and understanding as do many cultures.

what about Dogmen? Or Lycans rather?

Seems they show up in only European Myth to my knowledge.
