They explained they are defying it because it is closed-door AKA judge-jury-executioner style deflection - they all play the same games. The Clintons said the provided their statements to the House.

Get those named by the survivors in a publicized environment to face their accusers and bipartisan questions. Then the Clintons will be there to repeat what they already sent the House.
