That's an interesting video. Did you find it in the tube? Doesn't seem like it. I wonder if there are for other nationalities, or only those perceived as adverse to US interests...

None of them are in English, but they're not made for English speakers to begin with, so that's not a shock. Interesting though.

I wonder if those videos are pitched at first and second-generation Russian and Chinese immigrants? If those immigrants have retained their language and cultural background, and have suitable backgrounds, they might suit the CIA's skills requirements.
