I am told Lights and Cameras on your House. Holy Water, Frankincense, Salt, Sage, Silver, Prayers etc. 
You can give your Testimony on Cryptid Channels which helps a little but doesnt stop the PTSD.

Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, Chupacabra?

Cryptids are, by the very definition, animals whose existance is disputed or unsubstantiated by science.

As to finding therapists to help with PTSD from such, im apt to think they will exist, but they are just going to want to take your money.

Same kind of peeps that will heal you with crystals....

I mean Bigfoot, Dogman, Goatman etc with the 'Alien' Abilities like Zapping, Cloaking, Telepathy and Teleporting. The others seem to be existing Dinosaurs with Bio Luminous skin. 
I would avoid woods, cemeteries, caves and Placenames with 'Devil', 'Fairy', 'Ape' etc in them. 99% of people who saw them didnt believe in them either and wished they hadnt encountered them.

Bigfoot is interesting.

Problem being there has never been a single hair, cell, bone, tooth, carcass, feces sample, or DNA evidence found of the animal that holds up to any sort of scutiny or scientific testing.

If they are living alongside humanity, they are doing a very good job of hiding.

You should probably talk to a medically trained professional.

They may be able to steer you in the correct direction and guide you towards councillors who can help.

I suffer from PTSD myself.
