The smart man would simply have gotten on with the day.

They pushed his button, and Trump jumped.

It didn't mean anything but Trump responded because he responds to everything.
And I mean EVERYTHING.
As you said, a SMART MAN would have ignored it.
Donald Trump isn't smart.
His buttons are easily pushed.
No matter how small the 'push'.

Up until now they were accurate and skewered everyone equally.

Favorites that come to mind ...

... Winnie the Pooh in a Chinese jail.
That's cuz' in real life China outlawed Winnie the Pooh because  people were comparing him to their leader.  They look a lot alike.

... Strong Woman ... when the Vice Principal competes in physical competition and gets beat out by her old boyfriend who is muscled up and is now calling himself a woman.   Showed how absurd having men in womens sports was.

... PC Babies ... crying everytime anything doesn't go their way.

... Anything with Ike in it.   Luv Ike.

... the 'Privacy Tour' when they skewered Harry and Megan on their world wide 'we want privacy' tour.

... they did Muhammad in one of the episodes.  That goes against Islam, to make images of Muhammad.  They were fearless in that.

...  Liked the Tom Cruise in the closet episode.  I think that's the one where at the end everyone had anonymous names down for who worked on the episode.  I remember everyone was 'smith' or 'jones' in the closing credits.  Something like that.  That skewered Scientology and how their lawyers sue everyone and their goons go after people.

... I didn't get to see the streaming season.  We don't have streaming.  I heard Cartman became a rabbi.  That would have been fun to watch.

Don't like Mr. Hanky.  I think they retired him.
Didn't like Towlie either.  Think they retired him too.

PC Babies, good choice.

Yeah, Cartman becomes a rabbi in "Post COVID" Jewish family and kids in tow ta boot.

As you can imagine, Kyle has a few issues with his friend's life choices given the way he acted as a child.

I dont think it's the "small push" that would have been the main point of contention, small something else.

Also, as soon as Satan asked him "Are you in the Epstein files?" i knew something was apt to be said.

I watched the clip and it was weak. Uninspired. Wasted many opportunities and they usually skewer current events in a brilliant way offending everybody. This had me wondering if thee South Park creators have sold out or are being pressured just like i wonder if Trump has been. Worse, maybe AI generated it it was that bad.

There should be a bingo card of people on The Trump Administration. And you mark them off when they get skewered by South Park.

They are going to have no mercy and I freaking love it... mostly because I really dislike Trump's vision for America, and picks like Noem.

The ICE episode was great too, especially the raid on heaven and the running gag of Noem shooting every dog, even Super-Puppy.

Shouldn't have put it your conservative pandering memoir, honey...

She must have missed all the ccommentary they made on the job she's doing.

Whos next?

Thoughts and opinions, people?

Because lets just say they did not hold back.

And gave some with both barrels.

Loving it.

I laughed my ass off.

Kristi actually changed her X photo to the South Park portrayal.
I don’t think she’s as ruffled as you’d like her to be.
She’s an attention whore, she really doesn’t care what you say about her, as long as you’re taking about her.
Same with Trump.
MAGA rolls on.

Well at least she reversed the slight victim card.
And is instead doing the false nonchalant play it off thing.

She wants to portray like she's saying, "It actually doesnt bother me at all."

Which says it actually does, enough to act in response. At least enough to try to defuse it all on the high road.

But she still has yet to comment on her animated job portrayal and THE ACTUAL CRITICISM of her job performance. E.g "the bad hombres" they went after being a children's show. Taking away grandparents. She is sidestepping THAT was the political commentary on her job performance. The underqualified morally bankrupt nature of ICE was the commentary of that episode.

It's really  bizarre to hear people saying they laughed at such a left-leaning social commentary..

It's cognitively dissonant that everyone sees the humor they want in South Park even when you swear its meant to be a social bullhorn.

They just animated what I've been saying for months, that they'd deport angels and raid anything. Its really  bizarre to hear people saying they laughed at such a left-leaning social commentary that mirrors what everybody that opposes ICE has been saying.

Like she doesnt raiding Dora The Explorer is an attack on her job performance?  Its cognitively dissonant that everyone sees the humor they want in South Park.

It's satire.

Not political commentary.

Yes, Mark Twain and Oscar Wilde never did political commentary at all! Just satire.

He did not wear a scarlet coat, for blood and wine are red...
