What makes you think you will be banned from anyplace when any collection of members don't agree with you? 

You might notice that staff doesn't have much in the way of "wings".   Not "left-wing", not "right-wing".   No, sadly we are mostly flightless.   Staff looks at posts and measures them against the posted T&Cs.   

I think you have something to say, but I wonder if you can do so without accusations.    You seem to think there is a forum gang that controls things.   Please correct me if I'm wrong.   There is no collection of members that influences the actions of staff.   In fact, there is no collection of staffmembers that unduly influences the actions.   

I think you would do well to take a step back and tell us all what is bothering you.   That is not a challenge.   That is a true request from a guy who senses pain and welcomes true discourse.   Just talk.   It's your thread.

Well you know, it sets an expectation when you make that the introduction. I don't want say it's self-fulfilling already, but...

 I'm not part of their inner circle of gatekeepers and they allow me to stay and post all kinds of socially liberal views that get usually labeled some branch of communist thought.  

Unfortunately, that's not really "outside the box." The box is constructed FOR a dichotomy of opinion and programed bickering. To obliterate the box I'd have to argue,

Trust, me...my expectations on this rehashed board is as low as it was for ATS before it was put to death.

You can call it self-fulfilling...but a "fresh" start that's really just the same narcissists and their sycophants running the thing (not sure who is running who at this point...the sycophants or the narcissists), ones expectations tend to wane somewhat.

My short 2 hours of perusal of this "new" ats has shown me the same actors getting away with saying the same crap and being protected by the same mods.

You seem to be implying that moderators ganged up on you.   I am not aware of this, either here or at ATS.   It is entirely possible that if you got "banned through multiple moniker(s) and accounts", that you created several entities to go around the T&Cs which you agreed to honor upon registration.   Am I misunderstanding?    

I can't recall a single instance where a repeat offender didn't have it coming.   I'm not jobbing you here.   I am seriously wanting to know.

I'm already at strike 2 myself, but it's technically their site they make the rules and speak however they feel to the people they disagree with and if you do the same the AI bot flags your account but I guess I could admin my own site and do whatever I pleased as well so there is always that option.
