i will note the transforming into a circle is just an lense artifact from zooming. Nip that one in the bud. Pic below.

object is interesting shape but not showing any of the ‘ufo 6 observables’ so…

That to me looks sort of like a TMS (tether management system) and ROV of some company checking out the rig. Or its an alien, who knows.

AARO says it’s a balloon. 

they say almost everything is a balloon so need a salt shaker to go with their statements…
