Another point I personally think is important to mention is that if you are intelligent then you can explain yourself in a simple way because you know what you are talking about, and therefore you don't need a lot of unnecessary words to explain your point.

I'm not sure about that, because when Biden was speaking about Oligarchy during his speech, it was reported that the most searched for word following his speech was 'oligarch'. So it would appear he should have used many more words as his audience obviously was not educated in political/philosophical words to understand what he was saying.

Many very intelligent people have no education. We also have to remember that right now I think we have 9 different kinds of intelligence, and the longer humanity exists the longer that list will become.
