Yes it's rather disturbing stuff mate and let's hope you're right about that.
This 'directive'..
.is also starting to sound a lot like the mindsets of 'bioethicist' eugenicists like Dr Ezekiel Emanuel from the Rockefeller's 'Hastings Centre' (he also serves on the board of the WEF and the WHO).
In fact quite a few of the predictions now have real time examples and thought this site was a good one.
