G4 – Severe geomagnetic storm expected as multiple CMEs merge and impact Earth 5/11

Okay ... got up at 2am to look and see if there were northern lights.
But it was clouded over.
Reading reports this morning of northern lights all over the country.
Even as far south as Key Largo Florida.
And we missed them!!  UGH.

You and me both!  I kept going outside throughout the night ("fortunately" I have a some form of sleep disorder) and clouds, clouds, clouds...

My wife and I used to have a running gag that such things as eclipses, meteor showers, auroras, etc. are all myth!  We only ever see clouds!
