I already said prince Andrew faced no criminal charges he was allowed to settle outside of court. Which is nuts but if the only evidence is witness and victim testimony it makes sense how he was able to do that doesnt it. No victim coming forward the charges would have to be dropped because theres no case here without it.

Not releasing sealed evidence doesnt ALWAYS mean theres something evil to hide, sometimes things are classified for a reason like national security or because it details how our intelligence community operates and if we give it away it will be easier to exploit the system which is more likely the reason the house voted against it

While national security can justify classification, not all sealed evidence poses such risks.
Oversight bodies review redactions and prevent misuse.
Transparency and security aren't always mutually exclusive.
Balance is essentially the ticket.
