What's your "spiritual stuff"?

I'm from Vietnam.

Hey mate, nice to meet you.
i had some very nice co-workers when I worked in clothing that were Vietnamese.

Currently my spiritual stuff is
Western hermetic rituals for cleaning and banishing
Invocations of my higher self ,
I am starting into Enochian to get to Angel areas.
I also do yoga of a Asana posture for 35 mins no moving to build qi and do inner qi gong and chakra work.
Will work up to an hour standstill.
Also very casual oobe training and astral projection but I am only good with scrying astral sight not so much with full 'tactile' projection.
​​​​​​also I like breathing exercises like pranayama.
just trying to be well rounded and also elevate and make new non human friends .
