Well, OK. So the threat was in space. That I see as a serious issue that, like usual, is probably something that should have been addressed years ago.
The "Star Wars program" of old was a fake to win a game of chicken. Is this the reverse of that. Putins' "Star Wars program"? I'd imagine a lot of money will flow as we enter the new Cold War. Only this time China is part of the equation.
