My guess , Russians want prepare for spring offensive by satellites that have capability to harm/destroy other satellites , and Elon Musk starlink at least comes to mind , but we dont even know what all satellites are up there , helping Ukraine do we ?
We cant know for sure even starlink capabilitys, because Musk is hugely involved with DOD / pentagon ...and get`s also payed i suppose.
Cant rule out political theatrics totally out either .
I also think that if they would know about incoming catastrophe , like asteroid .....they would not say it , to avoid public panic . But this is not that case...but just saying ...us peasants dont need to know allways whats going on .
