I have provided senate and sec def saying they will cover AHI.

Here is tricare saying ahi is covered
if it’s service connected va will almost always cover it, even if they only go by symptoms not ahi label.
People affected are getting treatment while they are in.
maybe the va won’t list it as ahi, but as the individual conditions.
