Dr. Greer mentions his CE5 Contact protocol vs. hostile, invasive and violent targeting (hijacking their controls, then hitting them with a weapon to bring them down) PSIonics by military which are not at all related and are at complete opposite ends.

At 20:50 mark he starts explaining the difference from summoning ETs vs. inviting them to make contact for peaceful relationship between species...
