I am sure you are familiar with many abduction and close encounter reports.
The tall 'mantid' aliens are not common but they are reported in large enough numbers to be a 'thing.'
Taller than the Greys, a humanoid-style standing mantis, communicating with telepathy.  Often up to 7 feet tall.
They are said to be kind/benevolent.
