I think any state or city who wants to harbor illegals should be allowed to. As a matter of fact, ship ALL of them to those states....and then cut their Federal funding. New York and Chicago have been howling for more money to house illegals and I hope the incoming administration does exactly that.

You want them, you pay for them.
