Saying the helicopter took 45 minutes to arrive after his wife called 911 helps us all understand the circumstances, right?
Tensions are running high, people are looking for others to blame, that's human nature under extreme stress.
But accusing someone of criminal negligence without proof, to me, and that may be likely to ruin their reputation is considered libel, which any attorney should know.
Why the helicopter took that long should be explained by those that are fighting the fire, right?
