Just heard The CA Insurance Commissioner just told insurance companies that they can no longer drop policies! Gee Clyde, why didn't ya think of that a year ago when they actually started dropping policies? Brilliant again over and above the call of intelligence 

They've been ignoring the writing on the wall, and by writing on the wall I mean a Hadron collider sized loop of glaring red flags. They've been circling this crisis for years and now pretending it was entirely unpredictable.
