Crazy that a country can be so powerful around the globe and yet can't put out a fire in it's own back yard.

So much failure. Things must change.

We can definitely put out "a fire" in our own backyard.  The conflagration in Southern isn't just a fire, it's a fire storm.

We can't "put out" tornados in Kansas, Hurricanes in Florida, or Tsunamis in Hawaii either.  And for the same reason.  They are all forces of nature.  

That's not going to change with any change in politicians who happen to hold office at any point in time.
