Yes, ArMaP, that's what I thought as well, but then I read that even the president's declaration of martial law wasn't valid because a Cabinet meeting had not been held beforehand.
Anyway, I'm now reading that Yoon Suk Yeol said that he will lift martial law in the next few hours.
