Interesting potential case from Talavera la Real Military base in Spain on November 12th, 1976 where three soldiers on guard duty 'came face-to-face with a towering, luminous figure that appeared and vanished in an instant'.
Extremely high pitched whistling sound and 'luminous rod' in the sky also reported just prior to the encounter.
