Just tell myself I am crazy, shadows on my shoulders watching me or what I'm doing then whiz through the wall when I notice. Flash and gone. Cats seen it, dog doesn't. Wife spotted a couple but she has her own experiences.
Have you ever seen the opposite of a shadow thing? I one time saw a shadow when I looked instead of moving through a wall it lit up like an hourglass made of sunlight then sort of just twisted itself into nothing.
I'm pretty sure we're all crazy
I would never pretend that I have expertise in this area... I have no credential of 'authenticity', no social currency to bandy about; I'm just another person with an idea....
You are not "crazy."
Too many people experience this... nearly all of them quick to pass it off as 'inconsequential, trivial, and "probably" explicable via the religion of science.
What really interests me is the form of the experience... the perception that immediately accompanies the fleeting 'sight.'
No, people who experience this are definitely not crazy. If they are, it's incidental.
