You can see tire/wheel marks on the curb, usually an indicator loss of steering control. The marks on the yellow pole show some impact. This would lead me to believe that the vehicle hit the curb, bouncing up and off the pole striking the side of the car, deploying side impact airbags and then rolling onto its roof.
Not necessarily due to either driver error or vehicle malfunction, perhaps both?
Speed, inattention, blow-out on passenger side?
