Yeah, I see this as life, death, and rebirth. Lots of butterflies to symbolize a metamorphosis i.e. butterfly emerges from chrysalis and life emerges from death. The mushroom as portalbella(psilocybes) to understanding, and I can even see some Fibonacci and little double helix in there as well.

Also, a form of Yin Yang; negative/positive existence.
