The craft in these videos is obviously human .  And not even advanced.
It's using consumer style LED lighting.

Why do we even assume aliens will see in our visible light spectrum?

Birds and cuttlefish for example see in different frequencies. Something truly alien might see in even more diverse spectrums.

Amazingly, birds are equipped to see in the ultra-violet and near ultra-violet spectrums.
