As far as discussing banned members, I was just trying to help a guy out who was the subject of the discussion.
Yes, it is about multiple accounts on the same board. That is not allowed here and it was never allowed on ATS. I'm not an active moderator on ATS, but anyone who has a problem at ATS needs to contact the Staff there and issues on one board should never be discussed on the other board.
Another issue is that anything between Staff and a member is done in private for obvious reasons. If you or anyone else has an issue on ATS contact Staff at ATS.
