Ah yes some major dramas involving this chap mate - remember one where he was threatening JGJ with legal action over a video he'd never even bothered to watch - quite fishy behaviour if you ask me.

There are other examples out there and maybe he just likes the attention but he certainly gets a bit melodramatic (and nasty) when someone points out contradictions or questions his back history.
As for the journalists giving him an easy ride and never (not once) probing him with hard, direct questions there's a relevant article here by the late German author Udo Ulfkotte (RIP).
