No matter how many drug dealers or users the police/govt arrest, there's always another ready and willing to take their place. Taking down one drug lord in Mexico does nothing. The shipments keep coming and someone moves to the head of the line to take over. Notice how many we've captured ?...and has the drug shipments even slowed down ? Pffft. They had a new leader by the end of the day.
Capture 1 ton of cocaine on an 18 wheeler at the border, another 10 tons made it through somewhere else.
It's the price of doing business and both sides know it.
The war on drugs was never fought (at least not in the UK or US - the Philippines is another matter).
You obviously have no clue what the global drugs trade is and who runs it. I'm not here to educate you. I would recommend you read up about one of your fellow countrymen called Lyndon LaRouche.
